Q and A with Patrick Hemus

Q: What does your business do?

A: We provide space for individuals and companies to do their best work!

Coworking space for remote workers and entrepreneurs. Virtual offices for entities not in need of space but want a business address and their post handled.

Meeting and training rooms for all business purposes and offices for those looking for a more private option.

Q: What motivates you?

A: Being able to iterate and develop little by little. The idea of building something great over time is really exciting to me.

Q: Can you describe/outline your typical day?

A: Every day is different. One day recently I spent it out in the coworking space, fielding 48 guys on courses here, getting to know them and having a bit of banter, and mixing it up with our tenants and members. The next day I was locked in my office writing website content and segmenting my CRM into lists! I love the variety of work that comes with running and developing a business.

Q: What was the best training you have ever done?

A: I spent six months on weekly calls with a digital marketing agency owner while he taught me his FB/Insta ads system. So powerful to be able to run and optimise your own ads in this day and age.

Q: What do you do in your own time when you’re not working?

A: I try to spend time with my wife and little boy and the rest of my fam. I am also a Christian minister so I do a lot at our church too: teaching, preaching and, of course, development!

Q: What was your favourite subject in school?

A: Definitely English. I love to write and speak :D

Q: What are your goals for the next two years?

A: To hone all our systems and processes so they run super smooth. A huge leap was done when I built out everything into space management software that automates a vast amount of what I was doing manually before. This is something I’m so passionate about for business owners in Knowsley: YOU CAN BE FREE LIKE ME!

I can then begin to look at expanding our operations to new sites potentially. Coworking and flexible working is the future!
